This training in ritual accompaniment is based on theoretical learning and practical experience. Planning, creating and performing new rituals require a significant investment of energy and time, both in and out of class. Personal attention from an experienced instructor is crucial for appropriating the innovative tools that have been forged, tested and tempered with clients and professional celebrants from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds. The method promotes non-competitive peer stimulation and support.

Online learning is now widespread and, while effective for the study of factual knowledge, no virtual platform can replace proximity and direct contact. One learns to manage situations that require interaction with other people, in settings that offer similar conditions.

Ritual accompaniment involves knowing how to deal with real people in complex situations. Especially when it comes to professional services, it is necessary to practice presiding over real ceremonies. This requires face-to-face interaction with the instructor, supervisors and other participants. The exchanges that take place during group work, interactivity during ritual simulation, dialogue and feedback from others are essential to learning ritualmaking.

A training course is composed of 6 to 12 participants who undertake to complete the module with their colleagues. A group of minimum 6 participants is required to open a course.
